Cancellation Policy for Abys Salon

At Project Abys Salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. 1. Appointment Cancellations

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may charge a cancellation fee. This fee helps us manage scheduling and ensures we are able to continue providing excellent service to all clients.

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, we consider it a no-show. In this case, you may be charged a no-show fee, and future appointments may require a deposit to confirm your reservation.

3. Late Arrivals

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may be running late. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us to let us know. While we will do our best to accommodate you, appointments may be shortened depending on how late you arrive, to ensure that we stay on schedule for our other clients. If you arrive too late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Deposits for Certain Services

For certain services, particularly those that require significant time or resources, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your service. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you fail to show up or cancel without proper notice.
